Our professional shoppers will anonymously contact your sales department  and act as a customer.  They will evaluate; the accessibility, all areas of the sales process, sales collateral and correspondence, and measure sales staff skills against a consultative and relationship selling mode.  They will then produce a detailed report with in depth comments, review of collateral and concise recommendations for improvement. You will receive the report electronically along with the collateral produced by the sales staff.  Recording of calls is also available where legal consent has been established.
